Dalton has long been infatuated with the natural world, being interested in various sciences from a young age. During his time at Tulane studying chemical & biomolecular engineering, he became intrigued with alternative health and trending diets. In the process he developed a myriad of extremely bothersome gastrointestinal problems. Though he sought the best doctors he had access to, they still did not offer an explanation, much less a solution, to these problems despite extensive testing. They told him there was nothing that could be done. Taking matters into his own hands, Dalton used his scientific literacy to his advantage and began extensively reading research and speaking to individuals with similar experiences. Through many trials and tribulations, over the years he was able to gather an understanding of his own symptoms and their biological underpinnings, successfully alleviating his issues in the process. Now, he is highly driven to help others with similar conditions.

Dr. Elie Klein N.D., has been a clinician for close to 20 years, as well as educator, speaker, scientific officer for Nanton Nutraceuticals and author of the book “Read This If You Have a Heart - the Book on Lowering High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Blood Sugar Naturally. He helps individuals with cardiovascular issues, diabetes and related chronic health issues, resolve their health challenges and enjoy greater physical and mental well-being, while relying on few or no medications, even after nothing else worked for them in the past. To achieve this, he utilizes his broad knowledge and experience in physiology, biochemistry, nutrition and herbal medicine to treat the cause & the whole person, not just the symptoms, with an individually tailored treatment plan, without resorting to hard-to-follow diet plans.

After his NCAA wrestling career ended, Collin began the graduate portion of the Physician Assistant program at Seton Hill University. After 27 grueling months of didactic education and clinical rotations, he was now questioning if he made the correct choice in his profession. All of the nutritional and alternative health knowledge that he gained in his free time was not applicable to the clinical setting as a PA. Nevertheless, he began his medical journey with 2 and a half years spent in a Surgical setting, spending most of his time with sick inpatient care. This exposure, although important, was not what he felt called to do. Along the way he experienced his own health issues that the conventional medical model could not solve, so he was forced to dive deeper into his self-education. In the past 2 years, he has transitioned to a more Functional approach working as a PA in a health optimization clinic focused on preventing disease and aging processes.

Shannon was focused on being as healthy and strong as possible, but was plagued by a myriad of health problems despite a rigorous workout routine and what at the time was thought to be a “healthy” diet. By mainstream standards, she should have been at the top of her game, but instead she was exhausted, losing hair and in constant pain. Even with access to team doctors, many tests, etc., none of the professionals could figure out what was wrong with her, and she never felt optimal during her collegiate athletic career. Determined to figure out why she wasn’t feeling healthy and to be able to prevent others from going through what she went through, Shannon went on to get her doctorate in physical therapy with the intention of becoming an expert in human performance. When she graduated and entered the medical system, it became clear to her early on that nothing the system was doing was meant to solve a problem, it was merely treating a symptom. Once again frustrated with this system and the lack of answers, Shannon started digging deeper into the science and found doctors and scientists who were seeking answers to these problems. She spent hours reading books, research articles, reviewing textbooks and studying physics, but it wasn’t until she came across the work of Dr. Ray Peat that everything started making sense. With the information Shannon was able to gain from studying his work, all of the pieces came together and she started to see amazing results in her clients with whom she applied these principles.
